I would like to amend my previous review. After my first review I was really discouraged because of the amount of yellow sod and how bad it was. After our lawn care specialist contacted you, your company stood up and replace three bad pallets. It is Greening up and looking beautiful and I wanted to just say thank you for doing the right thing.

Bought 3 pallets. 1/3 of the rolls have not greened up. Seems like I was sold dead rolls. My entire yard was prepped with top soil before laying down.

Last spring we decided to completely clear our front lawn and restart new with sod. We spent almost 2 weeks prepping-removing all grass, weeds, tilling the soil deeply multiple times, raking, and adding nutrients. We followed all directions and installed the order, their "big bag" of lawn prep soil raked over the top of our existing prepped area and three pallets of Elite Tall Fescue sod, all the day it was delivered (early April). We followed all directions for installing, watering and mowing but then suddenly in July the entire lawn died within a couple days. We tried to water and care for it in the hopes it would come back but it withered away to nothing. By late summer/early fall, only weeds were growing so we did 2 more targeted weed treatments and later tilled it all up again (ripping out the plastic netting they put in the sod was an ordeal!) and reseeded with the Pennington seed we bought from them. Maybe ten percent of the seed grew into grass. Over winter, some weeds grew but still barely any grass. We wasted thousands of dollars on soil, sod, seed, specialized weed treatments, lawn bug treatments, water from irrigation and hours and hours of labor. When I emailed them a

Disappointed. Purchased 5 pallets of sod plus their soil and fertilizer for prepping. 3 of the pallets looked great, one was ok, and the last one was not very good. Went ahead and installed it following their recommended process to the letter. After initial installation, the next morning there were dozens of pieces where the grass had turned brown at one end - about 8 inches. They were all together so I’m guessing they were from the same pallet. Watered it regularly, but it just got worse. Three month later - still looks awful. A lot of work and money, just to have to come back and seed it to see if I can salvage any of it.

We got the Super Bad Spot Eraser. The ordering was easy. They delivered right on time and placed the item curbside as requested. Staff were all professional and courteous. Everything was there. The sod has been installed for 3 weeks now and it's looking good. Zero complaints and would definitely order again. Highly recommend!
